At two in the afternoon you pull it off the back of your office chair and over your shoulders while the AC keeps blowing, and the flannel is soft enough that you doze off under it. The flowers and stars look hand-painted in rust, olive and blue, which is why it can stay out on the sofa instead of hiding in a cupboard. The edges are lock-stitched, so it holds up to being dragged between desk, sofa and bed.
