Sheer Hooded Ghost Cape

A cape is the fastest costume there is, and normally the hottest thing you can put on in October. This one is two layers of sheer netting with no lining, so it floats instead of clinging and whatever you are wearing shows through it. The hood is deep enough to pull forward over the face, and the whole thing gathers to a ribbon tie at the throat. Full length, so it drags a little, which is most of the effect.
